Definition: The MA Private Law is a program designed based on the guidelines and General Agreement of the former Cultural Revolution Campaign and in accordance to the other education bylaws and regulations. Aim: To instructing master students in this field through increasing their knowledge, information, legal insight, research, the reasoning skills and critical analysis of legal subjects. Program Structure: The MA Private Law program is studied over 4 semesters (two years) and maximum five semesters (including dissertation). Participants must successfully pass 32 credits according to the syllabus. Students who did not pass the Islamic Teachings (2 credits) and Logic (2 credits) must take and pass these credits.
