MA Arabic language and Literature is a program familiarizing student with Arabic language and literature courses. Students will be conferred MA Arabic Language and Literature
Program objectives: Instructing lecturers for postgraduate students of international universities and seminary schools studying Arabic Language and Literature Instructing researchers in the field Instructing skillful scholars in the literature of religious contexts particularly the Quran Instructing disseminators Note: disseminator here means the one who delivers the message of religion
Educational Policies:
Admission: Applicants with bachelor degree in Arabic literature and language can apply for the program. Note: Applicants with other backgrounds can apply for the program; however, they shall pass pre-requisite course units

Importance and necessity: Since several of the Islamic sources are written in Arabic language, having competency in Arabic language can effectively help students learn Islamic teachings and disseminate it efficiently. Therefore, it would be necessary to have and run Arabic Language and Literature program.
Role and effectiveness: Graduates of the program can become researcher and lecturer in the field of Arabic literature and language. Through mastery in Arabic language, they can disseminate Islamic teachings and promote religious culture in international society and help them know about such sources.
