Definition: the MA Worshipping Jurisprudence is a program through which students acquire a deep knowledge of the specialized and general course units of Worshipping Jurisprudence and over successful completion of the program they receive MA Worshipping Jurisprudence. Program’s General Objectives:

Educational Goals and Policies:
Admission: The students should hold BA Jurisprudence and Principles of Islamic Law Note: Students who hold different BA should pass the entrance test and prerequisites if they aim to do MA Worshipping Jurisprudence. Program Structure: There are a total of 100 credits units studied over 10 semesters. (Maximum credits presented per semesters are 14) Theoretical and practical credits are16 and 32 hours respectively studied over 16-week semesters Course Units:
Importance and Necessity:The constant increase in social and personal issues and the necessity of responding to these issues by religious scholars have necessitated the expansion of jurisprudence in relation to the changes and developments of the events. The expansion can not be achieved unless jurisprudence knowledge became a specialized course. And one of the major fields in jurisprudence is the religious laws regarding worshipping. Accordingly, Al-Mustafa International University, as per its mission, has organized the specialized program concentrating on worshipping jurisprudence. It is hoped that through provision of the grounds, the field of jurisprudence fulfill the jurisprudential requirements in the field of worshipping jurisprudence. Role and Effectiveness:Since the graduates have acquired a critical understanding of jurisprudence, they can answer the questions and doubts raised about Islam’s religious laws; they can also critically analyze the religious laws in other religions and sects practiced throughout the world.
